If we receive your order and payment before 13:00 (CET), then your order will be dispatched from our warehouse on the same day. This applies to orders and payments from Mondays to Fridays.
All paid orders received after 13:00 on Fridays and before 13:00 on Mondays will be dispatched on Mondays. Delivery will be made by DHL Paket (Deutsche Post - DHL Group) or its partner.
2-4 working days | Germany
The delivery time within Germany is approx. 2-4 working days. DHL will usually always attempt delivery to your home or a neighbour's home if you cannot be found at the specified delivery address. If the parcel cannot be delivered, you will be informed in writing that the parcel can be collected from the post office. With this written proof, you can collect the parcel within seven working days or request a second delivery attempt at a desired time.
3-6 working days | Europe
Deliveries to other European countries take approx. 3-6 working days.
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation by e-mail. You can track your shipment with a so-called "tracking code", which is sent to you in the e-mail with the shipping confirmation.
For logistical reasons, it is unfortunately not currently possible to collect ordered items directly from the warehouse.
